The Accademia building is located in V.le Colombo 35; it was the first, and still it is the most well known among the structures of the Villaggio Accademia.

The comfortable restaurant on the ground floor is open all year round (in the winter time by reservation).

Behind the restaurant there are the Open Gym and swimming pool, both open from late spring until the end of summer.

When needed, the bar could become a great meeting room with a giant screen and multimedia equipment. There are even billiards and other games, comfortable rooms with indoor bathroom each.

The Accademia hotel is open all year long, because the restaurant, bar and numerous rooms are equipped with heating system.

All rooms are non-smoking. Some rooms are air-conditioned.

There is a beach reserved for guests, located just in front of the building. The beach is provided with cabins, baths and showers, beach umbrellas and beach beds.
